Store Credit & Exchanges
NOTE* Items purchased during the pandemic are not available for store credit or exchange for sanitary reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Our policy is 7 days exchange or store credit. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, plants, books, decorative paint cannot be refunded or returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Lotions, soaps or personal care products
- Gift cards
To complete your return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Purchases for fresh or hard goods fall under the same terms for items purchased in person. No credit or exchange will be given for fresh items and hard goods, if eligible, must be returned within 7 days for store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are not available. Store credit will be given.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natasha@magnoliaflowers.ca and send your item to: Magnolia Flowers, 66 King Street E, Gananoque ON K7G 1G1, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Magnolia Flowers, 66 King Street E, Gananoque ON K7G 1G1, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility to pay.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
